This thread is a Work in Progress

Congratulations, you've chosen one of the most overpowered Jobs in the game, now here is a guide to carry me, sorry… I mean Eos will carry us all!

Scholars tend to be the healer you go to, if you are adept in knowledge and skill in the arts of DPSing and healing, the current masters of hybrids, Scholars are a force to be reckoned so powerful they are able to AFK and let the pet heal in instances which dont require much healing.

Build for Base Stat Points:

MND: Every 4 MND = 1 Healing Magic Potency (Also can be used to increase offencive when using Cleric Stance.)

VIT: Every 1 VIT = More HP and pet HP.

PIE: Every 1 PIE = More MP and Mana regen

INT: Every 4 INT = 1 Attack Magic Potency. (This stat is void for Healers due to Cleric Stance)

Spellspeed = Reduces your GCD and Cast times, in Heavansward this stat will make DoT effects tick faster, scales amazingly with Selenes Fey Glow

DET = A stat which increases your damage and healing scaling from your main stats, in WHM's case MND.

Crit = Self explanatory, however WHM's don't really need this, but still very welcoming.

SCH's tend to prefer full MND and Crit/SS/Det builds due to the sheer potency of there main barrier Adloquium and the raw potency of the Damage over Times.

Early life working toward a SCH

So SCH starts off as ACN, the class that gives SCH it's amazing DPS capabilities, as naturually, you start off as a DPS, this section will explain the spells you get in order.

Ruin:
This spell is considerably weak in potency when compared to other basic attack spells, this projectile is designed for use with the Damage over Time -after- you have applied them, this spell on it's own is… pathetic to say the least.

Bio:
Bio is an instant cast 18 second Damage over Time you apply after your other DoTs when you obtain them, remember, Bio and Aero always come last. it is important to note this spell bypasses Accuracy and dodge stat, so can be the key in raids to higher raid wide dps. At low level you will want to be multi DoTing in AoE situations as very potent.

Summon:
This is self explanotory, grants you a pet that has 4 spells to use at your disposal.
