I was looking around and found this guide, it looks very helpful for anyone who is a new and aspiring tank, unlike other MMO's tanking in XIV is very formation centric, and it's important you bare in mind who you are working annnnd what you are fighting against at the same time, soooo here it is:

Very helpful guide for people starting out. Id say only thing I disagree with is marking kill orders. If you use your actions correctly etc you shouldnt have any issues.

Showing friendly floor AoE was a great touch tho, simple easy to read rather then a wall of text for sure. If anyone also has any questions about specific fights. Feel free to ask me :) I'd love to help
